That’s what I do.

My artwork is alway about the human foot. I draw what I love. And in doing so, I defy the still prevalent social taboo on this form of love. Because that leads to people hiding and keeping quiet their existence – even from mom and dad.

That’s me.

My first exhibition.

In december 2024, I was suddenly offered the opportunity to show my pictures, or rather my face, in public. I signed a contract for my first own exhibition in Düsseldorf in April 2025 – with my concept „Disgust or Desire“, which I had developed especially for this event. Everything went according to plan. Flyers, posters, online advertising, giveaways and the canvas print of 16 art pieces in small editions.

Big Problems.

Then, two days before the vernissage, it was canceled. The reason was an Instagram post that the organizers wanted to use to promote me on their page. Some of their followers didn’t like my pictures, some had „big problems with the topic“, others even tried to convince me that my art was misogynistic.

High time
to speak up.

The fact that people are even risking a breach of contract and thus a costly legal dispute only makes it clearer to me how much power this taboo still has over us. In a world where we all want to be „woke“ and „queer“ and where the asterisk routinely slips from our pens when it comes to gendering, we probably lack the necessary spark of tolerance in direct exchange. So it’s high time to speak up, to break taboos, to allow love. No need to operate on highest level. But we can start at the bottom.
